About this space

This room comfortably seats up to seven people and is available to book Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. It has a cosy, welcoming look, with golden-yellow walls and a feature wall decorated in soft-toned palm tree wallpaper. A long white table sits in the centre, surrounded by light-yellow chairs and set on a patterned rug over wood-effect flooring. There’s also built-in air conditioning to keep the space comfortable.

For your meetings, the room includes a large HD screen with HDMI connectivity and the necessary adapters, along with a Yealink wide-angle camera for video conferencing. The AV setup is simple and ready to use. You’ll also have access to fast WiFi and a whiteboard with pens.

Tea and coffee are available for you to help yourself during your booking. If you’d like something more, you can upgrade to a serviced option with biscuits for £5 per person. Catering can also be arranged once your reservation is confirmed. An on-site team is available if you need anything during the day.

The space is priced at £100 per hour plus VAT.

If plans change, cancellations made more than seven days in advance are fully refunded. You’ll receive a 50% refund if cancelling between two and seven days before the booking. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than two days in advance are non-refundable.
