About this space

This spacious meeting room fits up to 12 people and is available to book Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. It stands out with its peach-toned ceiling and upper walls, contrasted by white lower walls and a scenic feature mural. A glass partition separates it from the next room, and the setup includes a light-coloured table, twelve pink chairs, and a patterned rug over wood-style flooring.

It’s fully set up for both in-person and hybrid meetings, with a large HD screen, HDMI connection with adapters, a Yealink wide-angle camera, fast WiFi, a whiteboard, and an easy plug-and-play AV system.

Tea and coffee are available for self-service. You can also add a serviced option with biscuits for £5 per person, or arrange full catering once your booking is confirmed. An on-site team is on hand to help if needed.

The room is priced at £130 per hour plus VAT.

Cancellations made more than seven days in advance are fully refundable. You'll receive 50% back for cancellations between two and seven days before, and bookings cancelled less than two days prior are non-refundable.
