About this space

This meeting room fits up to seven people and is available to book on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. The space has a bright and energetic feel, with yellow walls and a large abstract mural in tones of brown, beige, and white. It’s furnished with a white table and light-yellow chairs, and the floor combines wood laminate with a patterned rug. There’s also an air conditioning unit mounted on the wall.

The room is set up for both in-person and remote meetings. It includes an HD screen with HDMI connection and adapters, a Yealink wide-angle camera for video calls, and a plug-and-play AV system. A whiteboard with pens and fast WiFi are also available.

Tea and coffee are provided for you to help yourself during the day. If you’d like, you can upgrade to a serviced option with biscuits for £5 per person, or arrange catering once your booking is confirmed. The on-site team is there if you need any assistance.

The room is priced at £100 per hour plus VAT.

If you cancel more than seven days before your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. For cancellations made between two and seven days in advance, you’ll get 50% back. Unfortunately, bookings cancelled less than two days before are non-refundable.
