About this space

This 7-person meeting room is available to book between 9 am and 5 pm at a rate of £100 per hour plus VAT. It includes an HD screen with HDMI connectivity and various adapters, as well as a Yealink videoconferencing camera designed for wide-angle video calls. The AV setup is plug-and-play for ease of use.

A large whiteboard and pens are provided for in-person collaboration. Fast WiFi is available in the space. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee, and for an additional £5 per person, a serviced option with tea, coffee, and biscuits can be arranged after booking. Catering is also available upon request once a reservation is confirmed.

The room features a modern design with a large wall-mounted screen, abstract wall art, and comfortable upholstered chairs around a central white meeting table.

The cancellation policy offers a full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days prior, and no refund if cancelled less than 2 days before the booking. The on-site team is available to assist as needed.
