About this space

This ten-person meeting room is available to book on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. It has a clean, modern look, with a light green wall, an abstract mural in warm earth tones, and a large plant in the corner. A long, pale table is paired with ten green chairs, all set on a geometric rug over wood-effect flooring.

The room comes fully equipped for both in-person meetings and video calls. There’s a large HD screen with HDMI connection and adapters, a Yealink wide-angle camera, fast WiFi, a whiteboard with pens, and an easy-to-use plug-and-play AV setup.

Tea and coffee are available to help yourself, and if you'd like, you can upgrade to a serviced option with biscuits for £5 per person after booking. Catering is also available on request. An on-site team is around if you need support.

The rate is £100 per hour plus VAT.

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel more than seven days in advance. Cancellations between two and seven days before the booking are 50% refundable, and anything less than two days is non-refundable.
