About this space
A boardroom space for up to 16 delegates located on the lower ground floor, Fleet & Danube boasts sky panels and living plants. All our spaces are built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, allowing your events to have the least impact on the environment.
The following is included in your hire at no extra cost: WiFi; On-site IT assistance; Fully controlled heating & cooling system; Built in speakers and a flat LED screen with HDMI or USB-C connection.
Please note: if you require catering, the room capacity might decrease, and we will offer you a more suitable space.
P.S. We only source sustainable and organic catering from local and ethical suppliers :)

No smoking in the building
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
