The Crypt is a church crypt converted into a single enclosed event venue that is defined by its low stone arches and exposed timber roof.
Design: The main hall has flagstone floors, low arched stone walls and exposed timber trusses, punctuated by stained‑glass windows and recessed spot lighting that keeps the interior dim and focused. The plan reads as one long, single-room hall suited to a continuous dining-and-reception layout.
Features: The venue provides an on-site events team and in-house catering and bar options able to accommodate supplier visits and dietary needs. A grand piano is available on the floor and a built-in PA system and speakers permit guest playlists or a hired DJ. A cleared area serves as a dancefloor and the hire operates under a noise restriction; the road outside can be hired to allow closer parking for guests.
