The Studio Theatre is a modern, versatile space ideal for
conferences, rehearsals, performances, workshops, gigs, and
private events.
Technical features: State-of-the-art lighting and sound, large
projection screen, high-speed Wi-Fi
Ambience: Can be blacked out for performances or opened
up for natural daylight
Outdoor access: Large glass doors lead directly outside,
offering park views and the option to extend your event
outdoors
Room Layout Options:
Full Seating: Raked seating for up to 145 guests
Partial Seating: Raked seating for 70 guests, creating extra
floor space
Open Floor: Seating fully retracted; up to 30 loose chairs or
150–200 standing capacity

December due to festive productions.

The Rehearsal Room is a flexible, professional space suitable
for rehearsals, seminars, meetings, workshops, and intimate
performances or presentations.
Technical features: Large monitor for presentations or film
screenings, full blackboard wall for workshops
Layout flexibility: No fixed furniture
Room Layout Options:
Theatre-style seating for up to 30 people
Cabaret-style seating for up to 25 people
Empty floor space for flexible use
Location & access: First floor, fully accessible via stairs or
lift
Prices
If you require assistance with projection, lighting, sound, or similar technical needs, a technician can be provided at £20 per hour.
Bookings during our normal opening hours incur no additional charge if staff are available to support. However, if your event requires us to open outside of these hours or bring in extra staff for setup, cleaning, or support, this will be charged at £20 per hour per additional staff member.
Use of flipchart paper and stand is available for an additional £5 charge.
