Theatre Porto is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Theatre Porto proposes rental spaces that are flexible and high-quality, and they are all located in the newest and best-equipped theater, which is a modern addition to the old Whitby Hall. The building, which was designed by the renowned architects Bennetts Associates and is very contemporary in character, has recently got the Cheshire West Design Award for Community New Build and Refurbishment Project.

The venue has several rental options such as Studio Theatre, Rehearsal Room, Café Workshop, and Meeting Room that are all different in their characteristics and can meet different purposes. Not to mention, the wi-fi is available all through the various spaces, and the venue is entirely accessible. The well-trained and experienced team present at the site will be at your service as they will offer both technical and front of house support to make sure your event is a success.

Our rental prices are very tempting compared to other venues and they are discounted even more for registered charities, artists, arts organisations, and Friends of Theatre Porto.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
