The space itself is open-plan, modern, and intentionally minimal, making it easy to dress up or down depending on your event. A long, statement bar runs through the room, acting as a natural focal point and social hub, complete with professional coffee equipment by day and full bar service by night.
The interior features dark, matte panelling, warm industrial lighting, and clean concrete-style flooring, giving the venue a relaxed but premium feel. Exposed filament lighting creates a warm atmosphere in the evenings which is fully smart controllable to be warm or cold white. The open layout allows for flexible setups whether that’s standing events, casual seating, DJ setups, or presentation-style layouts.
There’s plenty of room for guest flow without the space feeling empty, making it ideal for intimate, high-quality events where atmosphere matters. Access is simple and step free, the layout is practical, and the space works equally well for daytime and evening hires.

- A deposit may be required to secure your date depending on your fine hire model.
- The venue has a maximum capacity which must be strictly adhered to at all times.
- The space must be used respectfully. Any damage caused during hire will be chargeable to the hirer.
- Set-up and pack-down times must be agreed in advance and included within the hire period unless otherwise stated.
- Decorations are welcome, however nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, or fixtures without prior approval.
- Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and similar effects are only permitted unless agreed in writing.
- External equipment (DJ decks, speakers, lighting, etc.) must be approved in advance.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately or pose a risk to others.
Alcohol may only be supplied by the venue unless otherwise agreed. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring their guests leave the venue respectfully, particularly in relation to neighbours and public areas.
The venue must be left in a tidy condition at the end of the hire period.
The venue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The venue reserves the right to cancel or stop an event if terms are breached or safety is compromised.
