Former UoL Campus at The Former University of Law

The Former Law Campus is a large, unused site just outside Guildford that gives you a lot of flexibility to work with. It sits on about 9.6 hectares, with five separate buildings spread across the grounds.

At the centre is a 16th-century manor house, with a mix of more modern buildings around it. There’s an admin block with open-plan offices, a concrete building with a more brutalist feel and a canteen, and a former learning centre with a cleaner, more modern look. Each one has a slightly different style, so you can use them in different ways depending on the setup.

Because the whole site is self-contained, it works well for larger or more complex events, especially outdoors. There’s plenty of space, good access, and lots of parking.

It’s also within easy reach of Shepperton Studios and Pinewood Studios, so it’s often used for longer bookings or full site takeovers.
