A compact, rectangular meeting room set beneath a pitched roof with angled ceilings and two roof windows that deliver daylight. The room has carpeted floors, pale walls and a straightforward, functional fit-out.

Room features: A ceiling-mounted projector and a freestanding projection screen are provided alongside a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A wall-mounted whiteboard and an easel flipchart are supplied, and a PA system with speakers is available for amplified audio.

- No Smoking or Vaping inside the building. Guest must go outside the front of the hotel if they wish to smoke.
- Any damage to the rooms will result in an extra charge.
- Check-In from 3pm
- Check-Out by 11am
- Flexible options for early arrival of 12pm is available for £25, and late departure of 2pm for £35. Both must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
- Minimum age for check-In is to be at least 18 years old.
- We are a dog friendly hotel, therefore have a charge of £15 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 dogs.
- While dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant, they are welcome to join you in the Bar or Lounge for dining.
- Credit and debit cards are required for all onsite payments and a £50 security deposit is typically taken from all guests upon arrival.
- External catering and BYO alcohol are strictly prohibited. The venue provides all food and beverage services.
