These two suites are almost identical and are set up for smaller, focused meetings. They’re on the first floor, away from the main bar and reception, so it’s generally quieter and easier to concentrate. The rooms feel modern and practical, with good natural daylight to keep things comfortable during longer sessions.
They’re often booked together, or alongside the Barkston Suite, as breakout rooms for larger conferences. On their own, they work well for board meetings, interviews, or small workshops. The size suits groups of around six to ten without the space feeling too big or empty.

- No Smoking or Vaping inside the building. Guest must go outside the front of the hotel if they wish to smoke.
- Any damage to the rooms will result in an extra charge.
- Check-In from 3pm
- Check-Out by 11am
- Flexible options for early arrival of 12pm is available for £25, and late departure of 2pm for £35. Both must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
- Minimum age for check-In is to be at least 18 years old.
- We are a dog friendly hotel, therefore have a charge of £15 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 dogs.
- While dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant, they are welcome to join you in the Bar or Lounge for dining.
- Credit and debit cards are required for all onsite payments and a £50 security deposit is typically taken from all guests upon arrival.
- External catering and BYO alcohol are strictly prohibited. The venue provides all food and beverage services.
- Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
- EV charger available x 1. £15 a day.
