About this space

The Allington Suite is our largest event space, but it still feels warm and easy to work with. It suits bigger conferences, exhibitions, and wedding receptions where you need room to spread out. The décor is simple and neutral, so you can style it however you like without fighting the space.

There’s plenty of natural light during the day, plus a fully stocked private bar built into the room. Guests also have direct access to a private paved patio with outdoor seating, which works well for summer drinks or a bit of fresh air between sessions.

Host rules

- No Smoking or Vaping inside the building. Guest must go outside the front of the hotel if they wish to smoke.
- Any damage to the rooms will result in an extra charge.
- Check-In from 3pm
- Check-Out by 11am
- Flexible options for early arrival of 12pm is available for £25, and late departure of 2pm for £35. Both must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
- Minimum age for check-In is to be at least 18 years old.
- We are a dog friendly hotel, therefore have a charge of £15 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 dogs.
- While dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant, they are welcome to join you in the Bar or Lounge for dining.
- Credit and debit cards are required for all onsite payments and a £50 security deposit is typically taken from all guests upon arrival.
- External catering and BYO alcohol are strictly prohibited. The venue provides all food and beverage services.
- Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
- EV charger available x 1. £15 a day.
