Yarrow at Yarrow Cookery School
About this space
At the centre of the space is a purpose-built cooking island where up to 16 guests can cook together. It’s designed so everyone has room to get involved without feeling crowded. Right beside it, there’s a dining area that seats up to 24, which works well for shared meals, tastings, and hosted experiences once the cooking’s done.
The doors open straight onto a private courtyard and landscaped gardens, and you can hire those alongside the cookery school if you’d like to spread out. They’re great for drinks receptions, summer parties, or breakout space during networking events. The gardens are planted with herbs and edible flowers, and there’s a restored 400-year-old water wheel with a gentle waterfall that adds a calm, natural backdrop.
There’s also an on-site bar serving wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and low-alcohol options. The main areas are step-free with an accessible toilet, and the kitchen is fully set up for demonstrations, hands-on classes, and private dining. It’s practical, welcoming, and easy to use for a range of food-led events.
