Chartwell can be hired by the hour, half day or full day, making it a practical option for both short appointments and longer private events. Room hire starts from £170 per hour, with half-day hire from £600 and full-day hire from £1,200. Bespoke quotes can also be provided depending on the date, timings, layout, catering and any additional requirements.
For corporate meetings, our Daily Delegate Package starts from £45 per person, based on a minimum of 8 delegates, and includes meeting room hire for up to 8 hours, arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon breaks, working lunch, unlimited tea and coffee, notepads, pens, filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi and presentation screen. This can work well for training sessions, small team meetings, board meetings and client presentations.
For private events and smaller gatherings, flexible catering options are available. Afternoon Tea starts from £30.95 per person, reception drinks from £12 per person, canapés from £15.50 per person, banqueting menus from £42.30 per person, fork buffets from £32.50 per person and finger buffets from £24.95 per person.
Our events team can also create bespoke packages where required, including private dining, refreshments, drinks, buffet options, celebration packages or more sensitive arrangements for funeral receptions and celebrations of life.
