About this space

Main Stage – Half is a performance-focused Event Space in hmv Empire that occupies one side of the venue's main performance area and provides dedicated technical infrastructure.

Design: The space presents a theatre-style interior with dark walls, high ceilings and an open audience floor that adapts easily between table layouts and standing configurations.

Features: The space includes a built-in PA system and speakers, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and natural light. The space permits own music or bringing a DJ and provides step-free guest access and wheelchair-accessible facilities, including accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Promoters and production teams will find the space suits stage-led, social setups that support both seated presentations and standing performances.

What sets it apart: A permanently installed full-width projection screen paired with a professional overhead lighting rig dedicated to this half of the stage.

What guests say: The space has strong acoustics and clear sightlines to the stage. The layout supports a lively, social atmosphere.
