A long rectangular meeting room arranged as a single central conference surface surrounded by high-backed leather chairs. The finish is neutral and formal, with carpeted floors, side windows admitting daylight and recessed ceiling lighting.

Room features: A ceiling-mounted projector and a portable flipchart support visual presentation and on-the-spot note-taking. The room is served by air conditioning.

Best for: Formal board-level meetings and executive decision-making sessions.
