From time to time it’s not particularly clear to users what the difference between a meeting room and a conference room is. When searching for meeting rooms in Tagvenue, you’ll find that most of them will have a smaller capacity than a conference room, and will include different amenities. Meeting rooms are more focused on the meeting inside the place, rather than for operating calls or conferences. A conference room has more equipment to hold digital business meetups, the rooms are perfect for online meetings and scheduled calls with, e.g.members from the company that are outside of the country. Conference rooms also often are designed to provide the ambience that is needed for more formal business meetings.

Booked The Onion Room at 3 Henrietta Street
5.0
Really lovely space, great for the team away day and so nice being in central London! The staff were really helpful in the lead up with all of my questions and really nice and accommodating on the day. It was also great to be able to book lunch in the restaurant and come back to replenished teas and coffees too.

It’s hard to find something to dislike about this venue. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much to ask for! Such wonderful people :) The location is right in the middle of the beautiful Covent Garden so there’s nothing to complain about there. It’s very easy to find! I will definitely be back and will recommend this venue to the rest of my company.

Booked The Bacchus Room at Adam House
3.7
Erdem was great and very responsive when I booked through TagVenue. The space was as described and well priced for our team half day. The room was bright - and had AC if we needed it, but also the option of opening windows (which so many spaces don't allow). The location was ideal and allowed colleagues based in and out of london to access it easily.

Jonathan was excellent to work with, extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend anyone to use the space at Regent. Initially we only booked one day but because the space worked so well, we added a day.

The lady who hosted us was very polite and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very helpful. The room was perfect for our event. Sadly, it was all let down by your very poor broadband and networking solution.

The original room we required was full and we were upgraded for a marginal price increase to the Library room which was a lovely gesture and this particular room was beautiful and perfect in size.

Overall this is an amazing place to host an event, and i can proudly say we will be returning for our annual meeting next year. The staff were very friendly - a little shy - but overall very friendly. The facilities were perfect for our kind of event. They catered for all types of allergens such as Gluten free foods, and was always in eyesight if we needed any help
