We had our charity Board Away Day at Jamyang and everyone said that it was the best venue we'd ever been to. Perfect setting for thinking strategically, really helpful staff, excellent catering.
room set- up was impeccable friendly, ever so helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us, very welcoming copious amounts of A4 paper and flipcharts provided good use of IT equipment lovely breakfast- large selection of pastries/fruit/yogurt unlimited teas and coffees and soft drinks natural sunlight in the room great use of a large space fully air-conditioned
The view of the Thames river looking north towards London is fantastic! We had an all-day 23 people team off-site and the room was perfect for this - lots of light and it felt open and fresh. The food was great too. Comments from the team have all been very positive. The staff, especially Justyna and Andrew, were super helpful and very professional. We would definitely use the venue again! Thank you Doggett's Coat and Badge!
I liked how central, yet how quiet it was. Nice to be near Old Street Tube, and have Shoreditch on our doortstep.
Great coffee machine, friendly reception staff, comfortable chairs, good WiFi connection, big screen for presenting, whiteboard option for taking notes, nice decor, good temperature and control. Great to be able to store food/drink items in fridge and access to top notch, regularly refreshed kitchen facilities.
It’s a lovely place. Such an ‘unexpected’ pleasure in the city. It’s relaxed, welcoming, unfussy, has everything you need and is a wonderful place to collect together and think away from the office. Nobody bothers you, but they are so helpful if you need them. I would recommend the venue without hesitation if you want a peaceful place full of character. We had a great day. Thank you so much.
Excellent service and price considering we booked this only a few days before we needed it. A quirky little venue that was something different for our team meeting. Staff were very friendly and a good selection of teas and coffee was provided. Heating in the tent was very good considering it was cold day outside. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was.
Cute boat, all set up and sorted when we got there. Host was lovely too. Tea, coffee and all crockery provided which was ideal.
