The venue has tall industrial windows that admit soft, diffused daylight through sheer curtains. A dark painted feature wall above exposed brick and hardwood floors provides mixed-texture backgrounds suitable for photography and film.
Room features: Rapid set changes are possible using supplied roll-out backdrops and floor mirrors, and shoots can be sustained by studio Wi‑Fi and air conditioning.
Best for: This venue is ideal for editorial and product photography, video content shoots and brand events.
What sets it apart: An on-site PA system and supplied lighting equipment provide integrated sound and controllable illumination for events and video shoots.

Setup & Clean-Up Time: Your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Overtime will be charged.
Furniture: You may move furniture, but it must be lifted (not dragged) and returned to its original location before departure.
Stairs Only: The studio is located on the 4th floor and accessible by stairs only—no elevator. Please consider this when bringing heavy or large items.
No Wall Damage: Do not nail, tape, or hang anything that causes damage or holes in the walls.
Stairwell Use: Do not gather or linger in the stairwell—it is a shared space with other tenants.
Emergency Exits: The back stairwell is for emergency use only.
Respect the Space: Treat the studio with care. Any damage, excessive mess, or policy violations may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the damage deposit.
Music & Noise: You are welcome to play music or have a dj/live music. We ask that the bass is not blaring and that music is lowered to a reasonable level past midnight due to neighbouring businesses.
No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking, vaping, and candles/open flames are strictly prohibited inside the studio or building.
Outside Food & Decor: You are welcome to bring food, drinks, decor, and additional furniture.
Alcohol: Please be respectful, no excessive drinking or reckless behaviour. Must follow all relevant laws. If serving or selling drinks you must obtain a special event liquor permit.
Capacity Limits: Please adhere to your confirmed guest count. Events with more guests than indicated may incur additional charges.
Leave It As You Found It: Please clean up after your booking and dispose of garbage in designated bins. Bags for garbage and recycling are provided, please tie bags and leave by the front door.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
