• Guest count must match your confirmed booking tier. Additional guests will result in an adjusted rate charged accordingly.
• Access begins at your confirmed start time. Early entry is not available.
• Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. If you’d like to extend, please let me know as early as possible and I’ll confirm based on availability.
• Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate.
• Security cameras are installed in common areas (front door, downstairs, upstairs) for safety and guest count verification. There is no active monitoring.
• Guests have access to the full Loft during the booking. Personal storage areas (including under-the-stairs cabinets, bathroom drawers, and the upstairs closet) are not accessible and must remain closed.
• No outdoor shoes allowed. Please use the provided house slippers.
• No confetti, glitter, body oils, fake blood, smoke effects, or other hard-to-clean materials.
• No open flames and no smoking of any kind (including tobacco, vape, or marijuana).
• Music is welcome, but volume must remain respectful of building neighbours at all times.
• Furniture and decor may be moved carefully, but must be returned to their original placement before departure.
• Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or decor must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
• All trash, catering items, rentals, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your booking.
• The Loft must be left tidy and in the condition it was found.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
