Accessible facilities include step-free access and accessible toilets, and venue Wi‑Fi is provided. Event furniture and tableware are available on request, and air conditioning is provided in adjoining indoor areas.

Welcome to Penthouse Event & Business Suite, Vancouver’s premier rooftop venue! To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review our venue rules and guidelines.
General Rules
✅ Booking & Access
All events must be booked in advance, and access is only permitted during the agreed rental period.
Setup and cleanup time must be included in your rental period.
✅ Capacity & Safety
The venue accommodates up to 80 guests.
Exits must remain clear at all times for safety.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outside in the marked are on the rooftop.
✅ Alcohol & Catering
Outside catering is allowed, or you may choose from our trusted catering partners.
Alcohol service must comply with local liquor laws and requires a valid permit when applicable.
✅ Music & Noise Control
DJs and live music are permitted, but volume must comply with city noise regulations.
Outdoor music on the Sky-View Terrace must be lowered after 11:00 PM.
✅ Cleanup & Damages
Any damages will be charged to the renter. A security deposit may be required.
