About Humphrey's Hotel & Hatch Restaurant
In November 2023, Humphrey’s Hotel unveiled its doors on Forest Road, Hurstville to redefine the concept of local. The 320-capacity venue offers elevated pub dining, a sports bar and an all-weather terrace, as well as Hatch – a modern-Australian premium dining experience offering both a la carte and banquet menus.
We are honoured to have achieved One Chef Hat in this year’s 2024 Good Food Guide Awards, within our first two months opening. It’s a testament to our commitment and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
