City West Lotteries House offers versatile, affordable, and functional spaces in West Perth, perfect for meetings, workshops, training, and events.
Choose from our flexible spaces:
• Conference Room (up to 90 people)
• Training Room (up to 22 people)
• Boardroom (up to 10 people)
As our office is not open on weekends, bookings made after Friday afternoon will not be confirmed until Monday, and keys will need to be collected during business hours. Please keep this policy in mind when making weekend bookings.
Conveniently located 30 metres from the City West train station and 5 minutes from Perth CBD, our facilities are accessible, affordable, and ideal for any business or community event.
Casual parking can be booked in advance for a daily fee. Street parking is also available for an hourly fee.
