The room was clean and well set-up, the AV system was easy to use and the tea/coffee station was much appreciated!
The morning tea and lunch catering was not sufficient for the amount of guests.

Overall the service was very good, the room was just how we wanted it to be. Everything worked with no issues.
We selected the conference catering package, the food was very good and delivered on time.
The biggest issue I found was the parking, The only parking they offer is valet parking at a rate of $45 per night. Other than this you have to go and park up the road in car park.
Probably best make customer aware of the extra cost to park or do some sort of deal with the carpark up the road to offer that to the customer's.
