The room is a long rectangular space with timber-effect flooring, white painted walls and a plywood-clad front wall beneath a high fitted ceiling with recessed lighting. Large side openings supply natural daylight and maintain an open, functional layout.

Room features: A ceiling-mounted projector and wall projection screen are installed, supported by a PA system and conference-call facilities. A mobile whiteboard and air conditioning complete the in-room setup.
