Host rules

Booking time includes setup/pack-down: Please arrive and depart within your booked time.
Overtime: Additional time is charged if you run over (typically in 30-minute increments, subject to availability).
Host responsibility: The booking organiser must remain onsite and is responsible for guest behaviour at all times.
Respect the venue: Please leave the space tidy and in the condition you found it. Damage or excessive cleaning will be charged.
Noise: Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially when entering/exiting and in shared areas.
No smoking/vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
Food & catering (BYO):
BYO food/catering is permitted with prior approval. A BYO catering/buyout fee may apply.
Please keep food service contained to the booked space and dispose of all waste as directed.
No confetti/glitter or messy decorations/foods that are difficult to clean.
Alcohol (BYO):
BYO alcohol is permitted with prior approval and may incur corkage.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. The venue reserves the right to end the booking if behaviour becomes unsafe, disruptive, or causes damage.
No underage drinking. The organiser is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with RSA expectations.
Equipment & setup:
AV/equipment: Please use equipment as instructed. Do not unplug or reconfigure venue equipment without approval.
Furniture: Furniture may be moved with approval and must be returned to its original position.
Decorations: No nails/screws/paint. Use removable, venue-approved materials only.
Rubbish & cleaning:
All rubbish must be bagged and placed in designated bins/areas. Excess rubbish may incur a disposal fee.
A refundable bond may be required for BYO food/alcohol bookings.
