An open area space is available at our sister church in the Swan Valley at Henley Brook. The facility is situated in the grounds of the heritage listed All Saints Church in Henley Brook and is ideal for open air functions. A large umbrella helps provide some shade and protection during the summer months.

Cancellation policy

Standard 30 day

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space

No smoking in or around the building under any circumstances.
No alcohol after 10.00 pm and premises must be vacated by midnight.
Parish use will override any bookings.
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the hirer - a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies are provided. A cleaning bond may be required for some events.


An affordable venue for a community or not for profit groups, The Minchin Centre is perfect for meeting and group activities. Current users include playgroups, physiotherapy, bridge, craft and quilting. ​

The Minchin Centre is available for corporate and school hire. It is situated in a tranquil, semi rural location close to the Swan Valley in WA and the Swan Valley Adventure Centre​

There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on site, plus toilets (including disabled and a change table), tables and chairs and ample parking.
