About this space

Situated just outside the CBD, our naturally lit studio caters to heaps of uses from birthday celebrations to training workshops, product launches, content creation days, classes, hens/bucks nights, and more.

Styled for comfort and relaxed vibes with low key lighting, plenty of greenery and wood accents. The venue is fitted out with couches, armchairs and stools as well as a cafe/bar space for serving your guests.

We’ve got three bathrooms (including an accessible one), industrial heating and cooling, a powerful Bluetooth speaker system, microphone and projector (microphone and projector are available upon request only), kitchenette facilities for BYO catering, two large 2.4m tables (that sit 10 people max each) with 28 dining chairs, multiple fridges, coffee, tea and dishwasher facilities.

Additionally, we provide dinnerware for 40 table settings, serving boards, cake plates with cutlery, wine glasses and water glasses for up to 100 guests included.

As a functional photography studio by day we can also offer photo booth facilities with lighting and backdrops.

Parking is available on site upon request, and there’s a generous amount of street parking in the area. We’re close to Graham Farmer freeway, have multiple bus stops right out front and Claisebrook train station is a 5 minute walk away.

The use of the furnishings, tableware/glassware etc that we have onsite do not come with any additional fees. Please let us know in advance what you're wanting to use so we can have it out for you.

We do not charge a fee for corkage.

A security bond may apply to your booking.

Such a nice space with all the amenities you could need! Rose and Ryan are great to communicate with! We will definitely be back tomorrow hire out the space again.

The venue was perfect, really good space and had everything we needed. We had an 18th.. first time ever having a party like this for our daughter. Make sure your guests behave when they are that age and drinking.. too nice of a venue if they get out of hand

We recently celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday at Enclave with 100 guests and it was a wonderful night. It was a Studio 54 theme and even though it was a wet freezing cold night, guests were warm and no-one slipped over! We decorated the venue ourselves and were able to integrate the interesting props, comfy couches and rustic tables to suit the theme and given the lovely lighting in the space it looked fantastic. I sent Rose many queries over many months regarding the space in particular, bar service companies, food trucks and photo booths and she always responded to these in a timely and informative fashion. We went with two of her suggestions - The Crafty Barman for drink service - who commented on how amazing their bar set up was for them to work efficiently - and Locale Village - who set up their van at the back of the premises and seamlessly provided our guests with their wonderful 'stand up' food menu. Further to this, there were three modern, stylish and very clean bathrooms as well as a kitchenette off the bar where I was able to easily assemble grazing boards for our guests. There was also ample fridge space (incl two large eskys) and glassware and cutlery we were welcome to use. The venue is well located and very near the train station, parking is somewhat limited but no-one had issues with ubers etc. Overall the space was unique and provided a great alternative to having to pay ridiculous money for overpriced drinks and food and we were able to play music of our choice (noise was not a problem when all doors are kept closed). It was also nice having the space to ourselves in the afternoon for set up and throughout the evening. I highly recommend using Enclave and would like to thank Rose and Ryan for their assistance and professionalism.
Having to fish food out of the dumpster first thing Sunday morning was not fun - please make sure all food is bagged up prior to putting in the dumpster before you leave - you also need to be vigilant with the recycling bin. Also, we underestimated how long it would take to pack up the night of the party (as well as politely kick everyone out), allow more time for this.
