I liked how they tried to accommodate our needs so my birthday party was sensational. We could use our own caterers, decorators, dj and bring our own alcohol. The space was large enough to sit 80 guests, a 360 Photo Booth, balloon arch, cake stand, buffet table and DJ decks. The PA system was very good too, and option to hire the studio adjacent. Felt seen, heard and supported by all at Eden Lounge, thank you.
Perhaps because I went through this platform where I inputted times for my event it was not made clear that the times stated should have included preparation time too so had to pay extra for preparation time and only from 4pm when guests arrived at 7pm, and we were decorating the venue ourselves. That was stressful, if I'd know the time constraints I may have opted to use their affiliated decorator if the convenience of their service remained within my budget. Moving forward it would help to hav the general terms and conditions of booking and hiring given in writing from initial enquires. Given that there was no bar but there was access to the kitchen, it would have helped to have access to the fridge and freezer as standard. Especially for a summer event when warm drinks would not be disireable. Again written Ts and Cs would have made that clear from the onset and avoided the stress of keeping drinks cool. Turned out in December no one complained about warm drinks.

Brilliant space, 10/10 would recommend! Very accommodating, with accessible facilities and lots of space within the main venue. Parking was available to utilise behind the venue. The owners were extremely patient and informative with the booking, and encouraging to the young people attending our event! They were helpful in setting things up and facilitating our questions and needs. It was an amazing experience all in all! Will definitely be booking again!
