Plenty big enough, nice room- clean & tidy, nice décor. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits all provided. Brilliant location near Farringdon station. Easy to find. We did not require catering.

Sharing feedback on behalf of the trainer: • The room was in a basement with no natural light • To get to the room you have to go through about 4 locked doors (and a fifth to the to the toilet). We were only given one fob between nine of us. I asked for another and was very reluctantly given one. It was a bit embarrassing as people had to go to the toilet in groups and if someone wanted the toilet and someone wanted to get some fresh air, the rest of us were stuck in the room (far from ideal in a fire!). • In the morning I had to go upstairs each time to collect every delegate even though I was trying to set up (I wasn't allowed in the room early). I don't think it's beneath me to do that, but not ideal when I'm trying to prepare for a session. • We were given one bottle of water between nine of us so we had to keep going out to fill it up. • There were no plates or napkins provided with breakfast and they seemed quite surprised when we asked for that. • The food was lovely but no one came to clear it away, or give us fresh cutlery (we needed spoons for tea and coffee) or more hot water. I went and asked and was basically told I could go get it all myself from the kitchen. Luckily another employee overheard and she sorted that out so we got fresh cups, cutlery, bottles of water and hot water. • One of the members of staff was verging on rude and quite unhelpful. • The room next to us was very loud - there was another room on the other side of us that was identical to ours and empty all day so it would have made more sense to put us in there so there was some space between the groups.
