Great service
No cloack room
Loved the vault and the service before and after was excellent. The food was really good too! We will return!

Food was fine, bread could probably be a little bit better
Cosy private dining room which I had booked for my boyfriend's 30th birthday celebration. Depsite the somewhat lacking communication with the Tagvenue sales manager, things went down smoothly at the venue. Tuttons' staff was very accommodating in letting us decorate the room beforehand and keeping it a secret from the birthday person until the very end by saying the table is not ready and preparing every guest about his arrival. They even brought out a cake which we'd brought ourselves. The waitress even let us stay a while beyond our booked time slot because there was no booking for the room afterwards. Despite a small hiccup with the bill, everything was great. Thank you Tuttons for making the day smooth sailing and happy for my boyfriend's important day.
There were cause for a lot of misunderstandings and I felt like the Tagvenue sales manager was not giving me clear answers to most of my questions. This caused some misunderstandings to the point where I even had to call her to clear things upp. There was also a particularly strange misunderstanding where I was pretty clear that I believed that drink packages were to be paid for £20 per person, and she did nothing to correct me depsite me making that very obvious. Once we came to the venue there was so much wine set out, more than enough for our entire party of 11 people with some still left by the end of our lunch. After I checked with the manager of the establishment, he said that the £20 drink package is for the whole group (which sounded too cheap to be correct, thus my initial believe that the price was per person). Very glad we didn't order more than two drink packages because then we'd have too much alcohol to finish in 2,5 hours. I double checked with the manager three times to make sure everything was correct and we wouldn't get charged anything more than what we'd prepaid (except for additional drinks ordered on the spot of course) and he confirmed that everything was correct. By the end we got a tab with £200(!) additional charge which I didn't even know what it was for. After inquiring with the staff who checked with the manager they claimed it was a "mistake", which seemed very strange. How do you add 200 pounds to a tab by accident? It was eventually corrected, but I still found the whole situation a bit odd.
