Event hires are supported by an on-site manager and grounds staff. Kitchen facilities are available for caterers, and promoted or ticketed events can be accommodated across the grounds.

Yes. The venue works with suppliers who can serve alcohol and obtains the licence from Brentwood Council, so there are no issues.
As a “blank canvas” venue, the venue provides the eight-acre estate and essential infrastructure, including power and water, while clients can bring in their own marquee, caterers and décor. Partners can also supply these.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
