About Summit House

This place sits right on top of the Hollywood Hills with views in every direction — city, mountains, ocean, you name it. You can see the Hollywood Sign, downtown, Catalina, even fireworks from the Bowl. Almost every room has a wall of glass looking out over LA. The pool and hot tub hang right over the city lights, and there’s a separate cabana/guest house with its own balcony and roof deck. Inside, it’s big and open with a clean modern design — geometric windows, a sleek kitchen, a hidden bar in the living room, and a media room. The driveway is gated, there’s a three-car garage, and extra parking right on the property.

FAQ

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
