Booked Whole Venue at Social House Cafe
5.0
William was responsive, helpful, accommodating, professional, and communicative. It was my first time using tagvenue and he really made it a great experience. The bartender Shakespeare was so wonderful the night of the party and really made the night so fun and easygoing. The food and drinks were delicious, and it was nice to have coffee available for those who needed a pick-me-up. The space was just as in the photos -- very cute and just what I needed in terms of size and seating. The price for the space was fair and I appreciated that I could opt for having guests pay per drink instead of the open bar packages.

Booked Private Dining Room at Follia
5.0
Had my 40th birthday party in the private room downstairs. The whole process was easy and communication was quick while planning. The restaurant happily stored my birthday cake and let me in a few minutes early to do some decorating. My guests loved the food (highly recommend the roast chicken, pizzas, meatballs and rice balls). The ambiance and the service were everything I was looking for. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the neighborhood. Highly recommend the room downstairs for anyone looking to easily plan a delightful event.

Travis and his team are great communicators and when I had a question or request, they were quick to respond. I really appreciated this. The venue is even better in person, and if you are considering the space based on on-line images, I highly recommend visiting the location. The space is a classic New York loft with a lot of flexibility. The space worked very well for my party of 120 people. I was concerned as the number increased but I the space accommodated that number with no problem. I recommend this space for a formal or casual gathering. I would happily work with them again. They all did a great job.

Booked Back Lounge at B Lounge NYC
5.0
B Lounge was an amazing place to host a birthday party. We used the back room, and got a dedicated bartender at the bar, and were able to set up our own music using the Bluetooth speakers. The bar wasn't too crowded so there was never a long wait for the bathroom. Everything was very clean, and we were also able to bring in our own dessert. The entire process was very smooth and required very little logistical work. Would definitely use B Lounge again to host a party, especially because the value for price compared to other places in NY is outstanding.

Booked Entire Space at Buttonwood Cafe
4.2
The event managers were super responsive and made everything that I asked happen. The night of the party I was able to relax and enjoy it rather than feel like I was hosting, as the event staff had it all covered. The food, drinks, and service were high quality. We had 40 guests and the venue was the perfect amount of space for everyone. Some guests sat around tables and chatted while others stood around the bar. I think 50 would be the max guest count for this space. The space is beautiful for a classy art deco-feel party. Thanks Buttonwood!!

Booked The Hawthorne Room + Terrace at The Raines Law Room at The William
5.0
We hosted a party for 40 people here, including drinks, hors d'oeuvres and dinner, followed by catered desserts (cake). The night was absolutely magical: the ambience, the servers (Alex and Luke are utterly charming and kind), the food, the drinks (cocktails are still being raved about several days after the event) and of course Lauren, who planned and coordinated the party. She was beyond professional: immediate responses to all precise and general inquiries and requests, extremely accommodating, polite and solicitous. I can't recommend the place or the people highly enough!

Raj and the staff were excellent in helping me to create a party for my daughter. The different rooms are all really cool and the location couldn't be better no matter where you are coming from in the city and beyond. We all had a great time and would definitely book this venue again in the future.

Booked 592 Private Bar and Banquet at Pekarna
5.0
Planned a last minute surprise party for 40 people. Dean was quick and efficient with his communication so that we were able to secure this spot less than a week in advance. His staff was very helpful throughout the night and everyone had a great time. We used the bar behind the main bar, but they also have various themed rooms downstairs to choose from. Overall, a great experience with fair pricing. I would recommend this space again and again! Thank you to Dean & the staff at Pekarna.
