The food was really good and the venue set up the room really nicely. The staff were friendly too.

I'd booked a different room to the room I was actually given on the day. They did offer put me in the room I had picked but the one I was given still worked so I decided to proceed with that one. The service was quite slow with the food, despite submitting pre-orders and the venue not being busy. However, they did give us a free round of drinks as an apology. I still enjoyed my afternoon but things did feel a little disorganised
