About this space
Our capacity on the Roof ranges from 12 or more guests for seated, smaller semi-exclusive bookings, to larger standing events, with some limited seating, for a maximum of 195 guests.
Our stunning Roof Terrace is an all-year round, fully indoor space, with unimpeded sea views, which can be transformed in Summer with a retractable roof and glass French doors that can be opened to let the outside in. Ready for whatever the weather, it also features a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea with ‘lounge’ style weatherproof furniture.

Strictly prohibited bookings include:
Traditional wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions, hen and stag parties, events where the majority of guests are under the age of 26, ticketed events (events where tickets are sold for an event at Rockwater, without prior approval or written consent from Rockwater) or other promotional events.
Pre-orders of food & beverage are required no less than 28 days prior to your event.
No external food or drink is permitted.
Any desired decorations or entertainment must obtain written approval from Rockwater at least 5 days prior to your booking.
Guests are expected to adhere to our licensing policy and timings.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
