In order to respect our animals’ welfare and your safety, the following is prohibited on site:
- For safety reasons, we do not allow balloons in the park.
- No animals, other than fully trained Assistance Dogs, are allowed in the zoo. Please do not leave dogs unattended in your vehicles, especially on hot days.
- The use of drones and other flying objects is prohibited.
- Permission for commercial filming and photography outside the Venue Space must be obtained prior to your visit.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room. However, you are able to smoke in designated outdoor areas, which we will provide you with upon your request.
