General
- The booker is responsible for the behaviour of all guests and any external suppliers.
- Any damage to the property, furnishings or grounds will be charged accordingly.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Timing & Music
- All events must finish by the agreed time stated in the booking confirmation.
- Music volume must comply with local noise regulations; amplified music may be restricted after a certain time (typically 11pm unless agreed otherwise).
- Outdoor music is subject to prior approval.
Smoking & Substances
- No smoking or vaping inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas must be used.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Alcohol
- No external alcohol is permitted unless agreed in advance (corkage may apply).
- Alcohol service is subject to licensing laws and management discretion.
Decorations & Setup
- No confetti other than biodegradable types.
