The Avon Room is a well-finished space for smaller events, whether that's a private dinner, an intimate wedding, or a corporate meeting.
Natural light and parkland views come as standard. The room holds up to 16 guests in a boardroom or dining layout, and AV equipment is already in place for those who need it.

General
- The booker is responsible for the behaviour of all guests and any external suppliers.
- Any damage to the property, furnishings or grounds will be charged accordingly.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Timing & Music
- All events must finish by the agreed time stated in the booking confirmation.
- Music volume must comply with local noise regulations; amplified music may be restricted after a certain time (typically 11pm unless agreed otherwise).
- Outdoor music is subject to prior approval.
Smoking & Substances
- No smoking or vaping inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas must be used.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Alcohol
- No external alcohol is permitted unless agreed in advance (corkage may apply).
- Alcohol service is subject to licensing laws and management discretion.
Decorations & Setup
- No confetti other than biodegradable types.
- No nails, screws, or fixtures to be used on walls or furniture.
- Candles must be enclosed or approved by the venue in advance.
Health & Safety
- Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
- No use of smoke machines, fireworks, or pyrotechnics without prior written approval.
- Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around lakes and outdoor areas.
Capacity & Use of Space
- Guests must not exceed the agreed capacity of the booked space.
- Access is limited to agreed areas only unless otherwise arranged.
Suppliers
- All external suppliers must be approved in advance and hold appropriate insurance.
Parking & Grounds
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
- Guests are asked to respect the grounds, wildlife, and neighbouring properties.
Accommodation (if applicable)
- Guests staying overnight must adhere to check-in/check-out times.
- Quiet hours apply in residential areas of the hotel.
