Rules of the space

Host rules

1. A room hire charge of £150 and a signed T&C’s form are required to reserve the function room.
2. Function room holds no more than 120 guests.
3. 16th birthday parties are not currently accepted on the premises.
4. Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed during the function. The function may be terminated on the night if this is breached
5. Guests may be required to produce photographic identification. Acceptable forms of identification are: Passport, Photo card Driving License or Portman Group Proof of Age Card. No other form of identification will be accepted. Anyone unable to provide an acceptable form of identification will be refused service.
6. Powerleague accepts no responsibility for any form of outside catering or entertainment used for the event.
7. Powerleague accepts no responsibility for items left on the premises i.e. catering utensils, disco equipment or gifts, vehicles either prior to or after the event.
8. Access to the venue to set up in advance of the event is 17:30 and is at the discretion of the management. Please check with management for a convenient access time. Note: smoke machines, party poppers, streamers and table confetti are NOT permitted. You will incur an additional cleaning fee if used
9. Powerleague Management reserves the right to terminate the function at any time.
10. Smoking is restricted to the designated areas only
11. Strict zero drug use policy, the function will be terminated if drugs are consumed on site
12. Last orders at the bar will be no later than 12:00pm with the bar closing at 12:30. All guests must vacate building and car park premises by no later than 1:00pm
13. Any damage is the responsibility of the named person on the booking application who will be liable for the costs as appropriate
14. The patio area will be closed at 22:00 and used as an emergency exit only
15.The DJ will have to set up in the designated area specified by Powerleague
