The entire experience was fantastic at Elaine's - from the planning to execution. Every member of the team I spoke to was extremely helpful and really wanted to cater to what we needed for our event. It was such an easy process and they really went out of their way to ensure my guests were happy on the day. In particular, Ilia, Pedro, and Gennaro were just so kind and friendly, and made me feel super at ease.
In terms of the product, the food and drinks were really good quality and delicious, and the venue is just stunning and so chic - my guests were very impressed with the event quality overall. Thank you so much to the team at Elaine's!

Booked the bar area exclusively for a birthday event.
The food was fantastic, better than the tasting we had initially done prior. Could not fault the catering at all. Spot on!
It would have been beneficial to have more waiters at the bar to begin with but nevertheless the flow was decent.
Wish there had been more clearer communication at the beginning, senior management on the day were somewhat accommodating. However did find one of the managers to be quite unpleasant on the day.
Overall wait staff were very attentive and fun, catering was amazing. Venue speaks for itself, just a shame on small service etiquettes.

We had an amazing engagement party at Elaine’s, the team were outstanding from start to finish and the food was delicious. Everything went smoothly and we were so impressed by how friendly, attentive and helpful the entire team were. We highly recommend this lovely place!
