Cancellation policy varies according to the space booked and the time of year. Please contact to discuss.

For the Cocktail Bar Tables for 50 guests, the Downstairs Cocktail Bar for 60 guests, the Entire Ground Floor for 100 guests, the Entire Venue for 160 guests the cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

For the Window Tables for 20 guests and the Green Sofa for 30 guests the following cancellation policy apples -

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.


Please note that children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 9pm.

Great food & cocktails. The staff were lovely, in particular the mixologist was so lovely and all the drinks went down a treat. Beautiful venue and they were flexible on the day allowing us to book the outside space as the weather was nice.

An excellent experience start to finish for our corporate holiday event. Marco and the team were extremely helpful from the initial booking to the ight of the event. Marco answered all our questions promptly and fully. On the night, the service was outstanding and the bar was great at keeping me updated on the tab amount. I would highly recommend this venue!
