  • 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost

Amazing venue, Tobi and all the staff are so helpful and so lovely! All the guests and I can't believe how much fun we had. Affordable and lovely food upstairs and affordable and lovely drinks downstairs, everything was perfect. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a successful and perfect night.

Host was outstanding, on hand to support and help with anything I asked for. Loved the Decor of the venue, everything was beautifully styled. Food was delicious, for a great price. Sound system and lighting was wonderful too.

About SPACES

We are an independent two floor fun cocktail bar in south East London offering private party venue hire to celebrate birthdays, leaving parties, engagements and corporate events. We’ve hosted a range of parties where you can arrange private bar hire of the whole venue or just one bar for your guests to party the night away. We will be available to assist you every step of the way to ensure your event is a success.

We are just 10 minutes from Elephant and Castle tube station.

We have American grill pop up and a swanky suya pop on our ground floor as well as cocktails, craft beers and wines to cater for all tastes, and an atmosphere packed with south London energy.
