About this space

Welcome to Newns Building, where we offer a versatile space with a 120-seater Hall. Our two-storey building features a first-floor hall with disabled and unisex toilets, served by a platform lift and two staircases. The ground floor includes an office, kitchen, four small and two large meeting rooms, as well as disabled and unisex toilets.

Both stairwells are 1-hour fire-rated, the building is air-conditioned and most areas are served by automatic lighting (the hall lighting is switched). Disabled access is via the main auto door and platform lift to the first floor.

The venue was in an excellent location and very easy to access, with plenty of good parking space available. The services were professional throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The host was especially kind and understanding, which made the whole experience even better. The space itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely convenient. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience!
