Cancellation policy
Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:
- 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
- 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
- Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

Rules of the space
We hire our meeting rooms from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
We can hire our meeting rooms weekends by charging an opening fee. We only accept 4 hours minimum booking.
We can hire our Gallery space for private events from 5:30 onwards weekdays. We only accept 4 hours minimum booking.
We hire the entire venue over weekends for a minimum of 5 hours bookings.
About Impact Hub King's Cross
The building was originally built in 1873 as a warehouse and refurbished in 2007 as a co-working hub comprising various work, meeting and community spaces. It has also been designed to incorporate emerging green technology as well as ethically sourced materials.
It is Grade II listed building with three meeting rooms which can host between six to thirty people and a main Gallery area which can accommodate up to 110 people standing, 90 theatre style and 60 cabaret style.
Perfect for meetings, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, live musical performances, product and press launches, speaker events, receptions, and pop-up dinners. The venue is open weekdays and weekends.
