About Pine Hill

Our detached house location is situated on a quiet, private road in the historic market town of Epsom, Surrey. It is a compelling and versatile setting for film, television, commercials, music promos and photo shoots.

The house is a 15 minute walk from Epsom station - with good connections to Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge - and also has easy access to the M25 and Gatwick Airport. We have a generous driveway with off-street parking for several vehicles and there is the possibility for further parking on the road.

At approximately 161 sq. m. (1,734 sq. ft.), the house has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with stone worktops, a spacious living room centred around a log burner, three bedrooms, a study, an upstairs family bathroom and downstairs shower room. Of particular note is the prevalence of dual-aspect rooms, affording filmmakers the flexibility to manage and manipulate lighting to suit their creative vision.

The south-facing garden offers an inviting outdoor setting, accentuated by an attractive loggia that can be utilised for various outdoor scenes. The presence of a detached garage on the side further enhances the location’s appeal and utility for a range of production requirements.

We are conveniently close to Epsom town centre which has several supermarkets, many restaurants, pubs and cafes. We are also in the vicinity of numerous green spaces including Rosebery Park, Epsom Common, the Epsom Downs - Home of the Derby - and Ashtead Park.
