Cancellation policy
Standard 60 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Live music restrictions - only allowed a one man band playing until 10pm.

We held our 30th birthday at the Treehouse. It was a lovely venue in an ideal location for the tube, with its own access and terrace area for smokers. We were allowed to decorate how we liked inside and the bar staff were great. We had so many compliments on the venue, would definetly recommend!

Range of food and quality of some items
Not enough food for 40 people especially at £15 per head Food needs to be labelled so guest know what they are eating
- Pretty decor /furniture - good sized venue -Very friendly staff -Clean ( one of the toilets was severely blocked though) -yummy food
-Unable to communicate with organiser on the day before event = poor communication which ended up in us not being able to decorate for the event. We rang about 15 times the day before and several hours before the event.
Great staff, excellent venue! All round best birthday party ever. Can’t thank everyone enough.
