About this space
The Basement Bar provides an intimate space for private events, from team socials, celebrations, music parties, and promoter hosted events.
Equipped with its own bar serving the full range of drinks Pong has to offer, DJ facilities and sound system, plus three private Beer Pong tables available if preferred.
Following the current Government guidelines and restrictions, the Basement Bar is available to privately hire for promoted events finishing at 10pm. Table bookings must follow the rule of six with social distancing in place. The maximum capacity the venue can currently accommodate with tables of six is 102.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.

PONG by 1989 offers a variety of innovative and interactive PONGConnect Digital Beer Pong tables. Bringing good old fashioned beer pong into the digital modern age.
Located in the heart of Kings Cross London, PONG is a game themed bar offering various tables for group bookings with a selection of pricing packages including drinks.
The venue also offers a Private VIP Karoke Room along with the option to hire the entire Basement Bar for private events.
