It is perfect for conferences, meetings and hackathons. The open floor space and blank walls provide an adaptable setting for an exhibition.

Hire Includes:

- 30 minutes prior to the event free of charge for set up (if you need more
than that, it will be charged by the half hour at £50 an hour)
- A member of staff
- Cleaning costs
- AV equipment use (Projector, Speakers for Music)

Extra time pre or post event (if you need more than what's included, it will cost: £75+VAT for half hour -for hourly bookings or £50+VAT for half hour for half and full day bookings). If not specified at booking stage, extra time post event will be charged as mentioned above and will depend upon staff availability (in case you had extra staff booked for the event, to the venue hire fee it will be added the staff cost)

* Please note whilst welcome to bring your own food catering - please ensure they provide you with the adequate cutlery/dishes - we don't allow external drinks, which should be bought from us. All prices are on the menu.

On the day of the event you will need a member of your team to register attendees at the ground floor reception
